Tonight, the 24th Screen Actors Guild Awards took place to celebrate actors in television and film for their outstanding performances. It was certainly a night to remember.

In addition to the celebratory night, Kristen Bell made history as the first ever host of the SAG Awards. Also, this year, producers selected all female presenters for each category.

Morgan Freeman received the SAG Life Achievement Award this year for his ability to bring stories alive through his acting, producing, narrating, and the impact he’s made on the world of entertainment. Legendary actress and Freeman’s costar in Electric Company, Rita Moreno presented him with the award, in a speech that told a story of their amusing times working together.
