Day 31 – YOU MADE IT!

Journal Entry: You made it to the 31st day of January! How can I remain focus the entire year?

Healthy Meal:
Five-Spice Pumpkin Seeds: Toss salted pumpkin seeds (also known as pepitas) with sesame oil and chinese five-spice powder, then bake at 350° until crisp.

Exercise:
Knee lift (20 reps)
Just like hamstring curls, except you lift your knee up in front as your arms go down.
