Day 15 – Asset vs Liability

Journal Entry: Am I an Asset of Liability? Take inventory of your life to discover the real meaning of life.

Healthy Meal:
Pickled Zucchini

1Ž2 cup rice wine vinegar
1Ž2 cup water
1Ž4 cup honey
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard seed
11Ž2 teaspoon turmeric
2 cloves minced garlic
4 sprigs of fresh dill
5 peppercorns
2 medium zucchini sliced in half lengthwise and cut on a bias
1Ž2 cup red onion sliced

In a pot combine all ingredients all ingredients except for onions and zucchini, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. In a large bowl place the zucchini and onions, then pour liquid in the bowl and allow to marinate. Allow to set at room temperature for 2 hour then place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours, remove dill then eat.

Exercise:
The Hulk (20 reps)
Keep marching and leaning. With your elbows bent and fists together in front, move your arms back like wings. Try to touch your shoulder blades together.
