The Natural Choice

Finally, an all-natural body line hits the market,
targeted towards babies and children.

As women, finding natural products for our own beauty needs can be quite a task, so imagine how difficult it can be when looking for products for children. When unable to find hygiene products for her child that didn't include harmful ingredients, Landra Johnson decided to create safe products of her own. Today, she and co-founder Kristi Booker are the faces behind Cara B. Naturally, a natural body line for children that is quickly picking up momentum.

"I was concerned about the products on the market for kids," explained Johnson. "When I was looking for products, I could not find what I was wanted, and I knew that there had to be other parents out there that needed good quality products for their children that were safe."

Sure, there are other well-known natural product s on the market, but what sets Cara B. apart is that their products are natural...for real. It has even caught the eyes of adults who are tired of the endless search for green products.

"Cara B. is the first and only line certified natural by the Natural Product Association," explained Booker. "It can also be used on adults. A lot of moms purchase the products for their kids, try them on themselves, then end up using on themselves. You can even use it daily. So it's not only good for babies and children, but also good for adults as well."

According to Johnson, the line's best sellers include the leave in conditioner and daily moisturizer, as well as the moisturizing hair midst. These products are good for everyday hair care, and are very gentle, leaving hair soft and clean. As of the first of the year, they will be becoming more attainable to the public.

"We are currently available at select Whole Foods and natural grocers," said Booker. "In January 2012, we will be available at Target, and in February, at CVS."
