Once again, the Queen is giving back!

This time, she’s offering a new scholarship program for students at HBCUs.

We’re familiar with Beyoncé BeyGOOD initiative by her constant posts on social media but now Queen B will give four $25,000 grants to Wilberforce, Tuskegee, Bethune-Cookman, and Xavier Universities.

It was stated that the scholarships were created in order to celebrate excellence through education for students going into the 2018-2019 school year. The big announcement was made just a few days after Beyoncé shut down her historic Coachella performance which paid homage to historically black schools and culture.

This new scholarship program marks as the second program from BeyGOOD. Last year, she launched the Formation Scholarship which was created for young women who “think outside the box and are bold, creative, conscious and confident.”

Qualifying students can use this scholarship in order to puruse their students in literature, creative arts, African-American studies, science, education, business, communications, social sciences, computer science, and engineering, they all must maintain a 3.5 GPA or above!
