Black-ish star, Marsai Martin has just secured her own film!

EW has just confirmed that the young actress will star in and executive produce in the Universal comedy, Little.

The film is based on a story idea that Martin came up with herself!

We’ll be able to follow along as a woman gets to relive her carefree life when adulting becomes too much.

The movie was initially written by Girls Trip screenwriter, Tracy Oliver. The most recent version of the script was written by Tina Gordon Chism, who will also direct the film.

The producers of Girls Trip, Will Packer and James Lopez will produce the film with black-ish creator, Kenya Barris. In addition, Regina Hall and Josh Martin will also executive produce.
