Carb Depletion is one my favorite Meal plans.
Breakfast – A bowl of Oatmeal and two egg whites
Snack- Greek Yogurt and Nuts
Lunch- 4-6 oz Salmon, 1/3 cup of brown rice and ½ Green beans
Snack- 1 Banana with tsp of Almond butter or Peanut butter
Dinner- Bake Fish, ½ cup of any green veggie
