Chair Squats: For Beginners you will need no weights just stand shoulder width apart, in front of a chair, and squat down like you are sitting in front of the chair without touching chair. Maintain a proper position, back straight, Keep your hands together, arms bent at elbows. And repeat this exercise for 3 sets 15 reps. I love squats it works your overall body!


Vonda Kline’s Favorite: Quinoa Salad Bowl

1 Cup Cooked Quinoa

1/2 Cup Black Bean

1/2 Cup Kidney Bean

1/2 Cup White Ear Corn

1/2 of a Diced Green Bell Pepper

1/2 of a Diced red Bell Pepper

1/2 of a Diced Yellow Bell Pepper

1/2 of a Diced Red Onion

1/2 of a Diced Cucumber

1/2 of a Diced Tomatoe

1 Diced up Celery Stalk

1 teaspoon Cumin Seasoning

1 teaspoon Tumeric

1 teaspoon Corriander

Sprinkle With Fresh Chopped Parsley or Basil Salt & Pepper. Mix and toss all these ingredients together in a bowl and if you like you can also add some chopped diced chicken. Enjoy!
