Workout: Tabata 

If you’re not familiar with Tabata, perform each exercise 20 seconds work/10 seconds recovery for 4 minutes with 1 minute of rest between each exercise.

Exercise 1: Burpee

20 seconds work/10 seconds recovery, repeat nonstop for 4 minutes

*Rest for 1 minute*

Exercise 2: Mountain Climber; follow same pattern as above for duration of the workout

Recipe: Chicken Salad

This recipe is perfect for meal prep & can be eaten a variety of ways. Enjoy on a bed of lettuce, whole wheat bread, or rice cakes.


  • 5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1⁄4 celery stalk, diced
  • course ground black pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste


Boil chicken breast for 35-40 minutes. In a separate pot, boil egg for 10-12 minutes. Separate egg white from yolk and chop. Shred chick and mix all ingredients into bowl. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
