What does fashion mean to you?
LaTonya: Fashion means the opportunity to express your inner style through what you’re wearing. It means expressing your creativity and what feels like you based on trends.
What do you love most about bridal fashion?
LaTonya: I love the outcome of feeling good and confident in your choice of fashion. I love the experience of making someone feel alive and happy.
Why is it important to you to carry dresses for women of all body types?
LaTonya: It’s important because everyone deserves to feel special when shopping for one of these most important garments in their lives. Every bride should feel celebrated and have equal choices in their selections of gowns.
What are your 3 favorite fashion trends (outside of Bridal)?
LaTonya: I love color, (NEON) in particular, The brighter the better.
I am also a big fan of accessorizing your look with a statement piece of jewelry, handbag, or sunnies.
I’m big on edgy blazers, jackets, or even dusters. The right piece can turn up or even turn down any look for women or men.
What are your 3 favorite bridal fashion trends?
LaTonya:
- Sparkle, but the right sparkle is important. Think, the delicate clear crystals from the most elegant chandelier. clear crystal-like diamonds.
- The 3D florals are also my favorite. It reminds me of wearing my favorite sundress as a little girl. This trend is for a very specific bride, but most can pull it off.
- Also a fan of the sheath style wedding gown trend, with a very seductive low back, deep plunge, and the most light feathery like fabric.
