Not only do you get close to 100 calories less with the Naan toast, but you get more food. There are also less carbs, which contain the sugars in food that packs on the pounds and more protein which will keep you feeling full longer throughout the day. The fats are the same, but the sources of fat in the Naan toast are packed with omega 3 fatty acid, a polyunsaturated fat. The fat in the bagel & cream cheese is mainly saturated fat with no healthful value.
