Latto, formerly known as Mulatto, has been grinding for years, and now she’s finally getting the attention she deserves. Boasting 8.9 million followers on Instagram alone, the Atlanta rapper has been having one hell of a year, releasing banger after banger and working with all of the elites of the industry.

And just two days ago, she unveiled her highly-anticipated new album titled 777, with features from Lil Wayne, Childish Gambino, Nardo Wick, 21 Savage, Lil Durk, and Kodak Black. To celebrate, she’s taking the project on tour, which stopped by The Novo in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 26th. Not only did she sell out the show, but she celebrated her #1 album with the CityGirls, which had the crowd screaming as she brought out Yung Miami and JT to the stage. Their “In N Out” music video hails over 12 million views and counting.

The show itself was a true treat for all those who attended, reminding fans that there’s a difference between a recording artist and performer. With the set design themed with Latto poker chips, she stepped out in a two-piece leopard-print ensemble, with matching thigh-high boots and long black hair.

Latto kicked off the show with “Wheelie” featuring 21 Savage. At one point, she even asked the crowd what she should name her fanbase, suggesting things such as lucky charms, lottery tickets or jack packs.

While she had the energy up the whole night, things got sexy as she performed “Longway” and “Nasty” featuring Boosie. She also reminded folks she’s a freestyle queen, as she did all her hits from “He Say She Say” to “Wet” with YFN Lucci. She also described the song “Sunshine” featuring Lil Wayne and Childish Gambino as “hood gospel,” and that no matter how many haters there are, the sun will continue to shine down on her.
