Oxford Fashion Studio presented outstanding collections during NYFW S/S 2020 at Pier 59 Studios on September 7, 2019.  The designs created by artists from China, South America, Nigeria and the United States defined the looks all will wear this upcoming season.  The international spectrum was covered.

Nonnistics– The Nigerian creative director, Nonye Goodie-Ohi, was a former banker and U.N. Ambassador of Peace and has a degree in mathematics and computer science.  Her collection with luxury fabrics and sleek design will carry the upscale woman from office to after five events.

J. Noelle Design-Designer Jessica Fullmer combines her love of Impressionist art, exquisite fabrics  and natural talent to create one of a kind wedding gowns for the most discerning bride.

Qi Zhou-Handmade garments with a combination of modern and eastern sensibilities define Qi Zhou’s collection.  Mandarin collars with ruffles and red lace, long sleeveless silk duster with leather boy shorts and delicately embroidered gowns were the mainstay of her runway.

art i-South African born Australian designer, Arti, launched her ‘1st Bloom’ collection as a metaphor to her entrance in the fashion industry.  Flowers and the earth bloomed in each garment, from the rose colored floral design to the gray textured dresses.

Shelby Harvey-Ms. Harvey, alumni of Missouri State University, has taken Kansas and New York City by storm with her free spirited collection.  Cutouts, flamingo prints and off-shoulder garments added boldness to her clean and straightforward designs.
