One of the most consistent questions I’m asked is what I eat during the day. I understand that others want to know how their diet compares & whether they are on the right track. So, below is a day in the diet life of Kristen Mason. Feel free to try it out, and I hope you enjoy!

Breakfast

Fruit and Veggie Shake

Morning Snack

2 Rice Cakes

1 Banana

Lunch

Shrimp & Fruit Salad

1/4 Fresh Avocado

1 Whole-Wheat Pita Bread, small

1 Apricot

Afternoon Snack

1 Cup of Water or Kombucha

1 Green Apple

Dinner

Pacific Sole with Oranges & Pecans

3/4 Cup Cooked Couscous

1 Cup Steamed Broccoli

1 Peach, medium
