Fruit and Veggie Shake

Morning Snack

2 Rice Cakes

1 Banana


Shrimp & Fruit Salad

1/4 Fresh Avocado

1 Whole-Wheat Pita Bread, small

1 Apricot

Afternoon Snack

1 Cup of Water or Kombucha

1 Green Apple


Pacific Sole with Oranges & Pecans

3/4 Cup Cooked Couscous

1 Cup Steamed Broccoli

1 Peach, medium
