Kofi Siriboe is on the hot seat since starring in Queen Sugar. Siriboe plays Ralph Angel. You can also see him in the highly-favorited, Girl’s Trip alongside Tiffany Haddish, Regina King, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and Queen Latifah. But Kofi isn’t done yet as he just landed the lead role in a feature film called “Really Love,” directed by first-time feature director Angel Kristi Williams. Williams also co-wrote the film alongside with Felicia A. Pride. The ball doesn’t stop rolling because African-American directors and writers are shining bright!

Charles D. King’s production company, MARCO will be producing and financing the entire project. The project will be filmed in Baltimore and Washington D.C. which is about a painter (Siriboe) who is trying to break into the competitive scene of the arts while dealing with a whirlwind of romance. Siriboe recently released a short film called, “WTF is Mental Health” which is a film about the issue of mental health in the black community.
