Yesterday, Tennis superstar, Serena Williams announced via Snapchat that she was 20 weeks pregnant with her first child just three months after she won the Australian Open against her sister, Venus Williams, in January. The victory secured Serena her 23rd win and set a new Grand Slam Record. Besides awaiting a child, she is also set to be married to her fiancé and Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian. The announcement comes just two months after her close friend, Beyonce performed pregnant at the 2017 Grammy Awards, which goes to show that women are powerful vessels that can truly accomplish anything. The 35 year old will not be returning to the court for the 2017 season, but her spokeswoman confirmed that she will be returning to the circuit for the 2018 season, perhaps giving an advantage to other top tennis stars like Maria Sharapova and Petra Kvitova set to return to matches this year after unrelated absences.

Serena won Australian Open while 2 months pregnant. I got a cramp in my right leg once and refused to leave the house for the day. So: same.
