Women coming together to empower one another has become beautiful trend in 2017 that helps with spreading love and building one another to succeed and achieve greatness! Continuing this suit are Kita Williams and Monique Jackson, as they have began their “SMART, FUN, FAB GIRLS” conference. Williams’ and Jackson’s mission is to empower women and dissolve the misconceptions that are commonly put upon women of color due to reality television and social media. This movement has brought together women of all ages and backgrounds to share stories, motivate and empower to become, “SMART, FUN, FAB GIRLS”.

The first conference was held in Los Angeles, CA and many well-known ladies showed their support by attending such as Niecy Nash, Elise Neal, Shanice and Torrei Hart. Ms. Hart set the tone by attending shortly after having a heated conversation with Eniko Hart by stating, “she doesn’t have time to be worried about social media she was spending her time at Kita and Mo’s empowerment panel for women talking about positivity.”

Kita and Monique have found the perfect balance of women as their panel that can help others become successful and how to not be dependent upon the “like” button to begin their own movement. The “SMART, FUN, FAB GIRLS” mini-tour has not finished yet, so there are other chances to join the greatest! Check out “SMART, FUN, FAB GIRLS” on Instagram to learn more!
