Can you tell our readers a little bit about yourself and how you got into the music industry?

I was inspired to get into music by my older sister. When I was younger, I just looked up to and really enjoyed watching her work with my dad. She was actually signed with The Island Def Jam Music Group. My dad was her manager as well. Just seeing them work together and seeing her in the studio, really made me want to feel have that feeling too.

Do you mind giving us insight on your new music video, “Ooh Wooh”?

It’s basically a video about hanging out with my friends, chilling. And of course, the dudes are trying to get with us but we’re not worried about them at all. We’re all just hanging out and having fun!

Do you mind sharing your experience on The Rap Game?

It was definitely a great platform to be a part of. It helped me grow as an artist overall because before, I had only done like one performance. Going from that and then after the show, I was able to experience everything. I worked with big producers and performed in front of thousands of people. So now, being out of the house, there is nothing to be afraid of, I’ve done everything basically! (Laughs)

Congratulations on one million viewers on your recent music video, “Squares Can’t Fit In My Circle,” what can we expect to see from you in the future?

There is a lot coming, especially this summer but y’all just have to stay tuned! Follow me on Instagram and I’ll keep y’all updated on there!

Do you have any advice you could share with any aspiring artists about the music industry?

Yes! Work hard and never give up. There’s going to be some minor setbacks but you just have to keep in mind that minor setbacks lead to major comebacks. Just keep working.
