Last night, Sheen magazine engaged in a boot camp as a part of the 31 Day Fitness Challenge. Fitness trainer Jabecca Banks gave us a “light”( I put light in quotes because it was still very difficult for many of us) version of her boot camp classes. We did a lot of squats (hello glutes!), pushups, sit ups, burpees, mountain climbers and we even had to do frog hops and crawl across the floor.

We worked up a pretty good sweat, but thanks to Photoshop, you will never know.
