A day of victory for the Red Bottom Queen from a fun loving girl from the Bronx to having the number 1 single in the nation! Cardi without a doubt is making money moves all the way to the bank while breaking records.

On Monday, September 25th,  Cardi B’s single “Bodak Yellow” made history landing a No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.  It has been 19 years since a female rapper has topped the charts, Lauryn Hill did it back in 1998 with her single, “Doo Wop”. Cardi went to Instagram to personally thank her loyal fans, radio personalities & everyone who downloaded “Bodak Yellow”. “I loveee you all each and everybody contributed for this,” she wrote on Instagram. “Ya made it happen for me!!!!!”
