The I-CON was on an iconic takeover mode in the Garden State to Encourage, Empower and Educate women. The speakers for the event included movers and shakers in the financial industry; Dr. Nicole Garner Scott of Amount Financial and Shaniqua Nicole of Opulence Financial to the medical industry leader; Dr. Tosha Rogers of Atlanta Premier to the beauty and fashion industry leaders and moguls Newark’s own; Lynette Lashawn of Off the Hanger, Celebrity Hairstylist Dominique Evans and Wuzzam Supa Cent of The Crayon Case to the entertainment industry; Tunisha Brown. Each lady in her own right has not only shaken up her industry but has made strives to pay it forward and share their recipe for success with others.

From making a historic 1 million dollars in 15 minutes on Black Friday 2018 to staying booked and busy; Supa Cent has vastly made her brand stand out among the rest. From the NOLA (New Orleans, LA), Supa Cent has been a driving force for many aspiring businesswomen. As the guest speaker she was able to shed light on how to build an organic social media following and about how important it is not to leave others behind during your glow up.
The event was able to award a $10k business services grant to a deserving business owner based on a submission of videos that explain why their business should win the business service help, they were to show how they maintained business on their social media platforms and more. The award was awarded to; Six20 Style a fashion style house out of Baltimore, MD.
