Nowadays, it’s just so stinkin’ hard to find beauty/skincare products that are truly good for the skin.
I don’t know about you but I am always on the fence about the products that I purchase for my face. In today’s age, everything is “natural” but the truth is no one is ever sure. That’s why I decided to take matters into my own hands and make my own face moisturizer so that I knew exactly what was going on my face.
The best part about this DIY product is that it is an anti-aging moisturizer, it’s safe on sensitive skin, and it’s inexpensive to make!
Join in as we take you through the process of making an anti-aging facial moisturizer!
Here is everything you will need:
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 3 tsp of Argan oil
- 10 drops of frankincense essential oil
- 6 drops of geranium essential oil.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat up the coconut oil for 30 seconds, take out every ten seconds during the 30 seconds and stir so that everything is melted.
Once your coconut oil is melted, let it cool for just a few minutes.
Afterward, stir in both essential oils.
Pour the combined mixture into a bottle and shake it well to combine!
(Side note: The moisturizer may solidify once it is cool, to get a liquid state, just run the bottle under warm water).
