Get ready because one of music’s biggest nights is right around the corner. It’s time to plan accordingly! The 2019 American Music Awards is happening this Sunday, November 24th and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate the year’s best artists. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the annual show!

When?

The 47th annual American Music Awards will take place on Sunday, November 24th and air LIVE on ABC at 8 PM EST.

Where?

The annual show will take place in Los Angeles, California at the Microsoft Theater.

How can you tune into the big show?

If you’re planning to watch the awards on television, simply turn the channel to ABC. You can also stay up-to-date on who’s winning by visiting the official ABC website. If you plan to watch online, you can do so with Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, PS Cue, and of course the ABC app on your iPhone or Android.

Ciara is one-two-stepping her way into the role as host for the big show.

What performances can you expect to see?

The star-studded list of performers looks real promising! You can expect to see performances by Jonas Brothers, Kesh featuring Big Freedia, Lizzo, Thomas Rhett, Shania Twain, Camila Cabello, Billie Eilish, Christina Aguilera and A Great Big World, Post Malone, Ozzy Osbourne, Travis Scott, WATT, Selena Gomez, and Dua Lipa.

Who leads the pack this year?

Post Malone has the most amount of nominations for this years AMAs with seven nominations that include Artist of the Year and Collaboration of the Year.

Following closely behind Malone is Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish with six nominations each. Lil Nas X has five noms while Khalid and Ella Mai each have four.

Who will be honored?

This year, Taylor Swift will receive the Artist of the Decade Award.
