Rapper, Future has just announced some exciting news for high school students. Students affected by COVID-19 will be awarded by the rapper through his foundation FreeWishes Foundation for incoming college freshman.

In an official press release, Future stated, “You don’t have to be in the perfect situation or come from the perfect background to reach your dreams.”

He added, “Despite this COVID-19 pandemic, I encourage all dreamers to continue to dream big.”

Applying for the scholarship is easy, high school students are required to submit a video sharing how the global pandemic has affted them, have a minium GPA of 3.0, reside in the state of Georgia, and be enrolled in an accredited college for the upcoming fall semester.

FreeWishes Foundation was created by Future, his mother Stephanie Jester, and sister Tia-Wilburn-Anderson. The foundation was created in order to help make dreams come true for the people in the state of Georgia.

Submissions are due by July 27th at 3PM. The winners will be announced on August 4th.
