Lying on the floor with your hands behind your head, bring your knees toward your chest lifting your shoulder blades off the ground
Straighten and hover your right leg to the ground while twisting from the waist, bringing your torso & elbow to the left, touching your right elbow to the left knee
Do the same motion on the other side to complete one rep
Sit on the floor with feet either flat on the floor, knees bent up, or hovering, knees bent at a 90-degree angle
Elevate your upper body creating a V-shape with your thighs, arms fully extended in front of you, hands clasped.
Twist right until your arms are parallel with the floor and move back to the starting position & repeat on the left
Lie face down on the floor, arms fully extended above your head
Simultaneously raise your arms, legs, and chest off the floor as you squeeze your lower back
Slowly begin to lower your arms, legs and chest back down to the starting position
