Congratulations Jeremy Meeks and Chloe Green!

The happy couple has just welcomed their son, Jayden into the world!

This is Jeremy’s second child as he shares a 9-year old son with his ex-wife, Melissa Meeks. Jayden is Chloe’s first child.
