She did not go back into full-time work straight away. Using her skills and knowledge, India was able to step back into the industry one foot at a time by being the brand manager for Currie Hair, Skin, and Nails. Here, she was able to hone her branding skills and help redefine the company’s identity in the beauty space. She worked across various teams to elevate the brand’s presence in the industry, increasing revenue and maximizing market exposure. 

She brought these skills with her when founding ISMA, and her goal is to collaborate with her clients to reach their objectives. India’s unique methods and strategic execution keep them returning to her each time, which is why she is the leading lady in brand transformations.
