Bravo’s Married to Medicine’s Miss Quad talks her
new cookbook and how to keep self-love a priority.
Tell us about your much-anticipated cookbook, Romance on the Table.
Romance on the Table talks about the love affair between people and food, even though it’s something we need to survive. People really enjoy food. It’s just a little deeper for me however. I must admit, as a foodie, there have been plenty of times I woke up and the first thing on my mind is, “What am I going to eat today?” (laughs). It’s horrible, but true to being a foodie! The book was also created to make anyone feel comfortable in the kitchen, even if you don’t know how to boil water, that’s fine. By the time you finish the book, you’re going to understand the essentials of cooking and know enough to create a savory meal. The book still has the Miss Quad feel to it; it’s funny, exciting, NEVER boring and will be an experience.
