If you looked up the definition of success, you would see Griselda Records (ROC NATION) Artist, Armani Caesar. She is making major moves and helping others along the way as she climbs the ladder of success.  Not only is she a rap artist, she is also the creator of Armani’s Closet which made its debut on BET, when Celebrity Female Rapper Megan Thee Stallion wore her dress.

We had an opportunity to sit and chat with this amazing, brilliant woman.

What inspired you to write a manual for CEO’s?

If 2020 taught us nothing, it has taught us to always be prepared and how important having multiple streams of income is. I wanted to provide a manual for girls that look up to me or aspire to have a business like mine to be able to start a business whether it be for full time entrepreneurs or if someone just wanted extra income. I made it easy for them to do so without making the same mistakes I have. My music pushes and promotes the idea of financial stability and financial freedom and I feel it’s important for people to truly be able to live that in real life.

What has been your most exciting accomplishment to date?

This year has been filled with many! Making Complex’s top 10 verses of 2020 list, Dropping my debut album, I was featured in Rolling Stone, Having a full spread in the Buffalo News Paper (My hometown), My company (Armani’s Closet) making BET’s list of Designers and boutiques to look out for (#1) and just recently moving my business into its own warehouse. I mean blessings on blessings (laughs).

Can you please share two pieces of advice you would share with emerging CEOs?

Consistency is key. 2. Find something you’re passionate about outside of the money it may bring because when you love what you do , that makes it so much easier to BE CONSISTENT (laughs).

What is next for you in 2020?

Making more moves and less announcements, and adding commas to my income, Period!

How can readers connect with you online?

They can follow me on Instagram and Twitter follow my business Instagram. I’m very active on both.
