Tyler Perry is up to something exciting!

It was just revleaed that Perry and BET+ have teamed up in order to retired Mabel “Madea” Earlene Simmons in the best way possible.

The two have created The Virtual Madea Museum. This virtual honor will pay tribute to her presence on stage and in screen. For over 20 years, Madea has kept our household laughing and she’s even gave us her best piece of advice in many aspects of life.

Fans will have the chance to virtually say their goodbyes to Madea through this exhibit with celebrates the legacy and history of Madea! The virtual museum will act as Madea’s final act.

Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Farewell Play will premiere on BET+ on August 27th.

It will include The Legacy Portrait Shop – which is a visual timeline of her appearances. It will begin with her appearance in the play I Can Do Bad All by Myself and end with Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Farewell.

The Hall of Song will allow guest to relive the best musical moments of Madea. In addition, you’ll even have a chance to create a song of your own.

The Muumuus and Pearls Costume Exhibit will feature Madea, her family, and friends style.

Last but not least, there is a gift shop that will give away limited edition Madea-branded pieces to the first 100 guests that enter.
