At just 35 years old, the North Philadelphia native and Lincoln University alumna has flipped the script with E&J Billboards, a fast-growing agency redefining how people think about outdoor media.
Founded in 2021, E&J Billboards was born out of frustration. “I was just trying to book a billboard,” Jasmine recalls. “The process was expensive, inflexible, and stuck in the past. I knew there had to be a better way.”
That moment sparked a vision to democratize billboard access for small businesses, individuals, and everyday people who had been priced out or overlooked.
Now headquartered in Smyrna, Georgia, with Jasmine as Co-Founder and CEO, E&J Billboards offers digital and static billboards, personal shoutouts, social media content development, TV advertising, and SEO services. But what sets them apart is not just what they offer. It is how they offer it.
“We are not just selling space,” Jasmine says. “We are selling impact. Every campaign is like a Hallmark moment. Whether it is a surprise birthday billboard, a business launch, or a memorial tribute, we bring storytelling, emotion, and community connection into every ad.”
That unique approach has caught attention. In 2024, E&J Billboards was named Top Advertising Agency in Smyrna, Georgia. They also launched a global department serving clients in the UAE, Spain, Australia, Thailand, the UK, and Italy. Their U.S. inventory now boasts over 3,000 static billboards nationwide, offering more reach than ever before.
But Jasmine’s journey has not been without obstacles. In 2020, her house burned down, leaving her with nothing. Instead of letting the tragedy define her, she followed her intuition, moved to Tulum, Mexico, and began rebuilding her life from the ground up.
“That moment sparked a new chapter,” she shares. “I wanted to live freely, creatively, and with global vision.”
Today, that vision is clear: empower others to be seen. With billboard rentals starting at just $150, no long-term contracts, free artwork, and approval in 48 hours, E&J Billboards has eliminated the barriers. They even offer Afterpay to make it easier for people to book now and pay later.
