USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Thoroughly rinse Moisture Wrap Permanent Wave Booster from hair. Place a cotton strip around the client’s hairline and saturate each rod with Wave Lock Conditioning Neutralizer. Place a plastic cap over the client’s head and process for 3-5 minutes. Do not use a dryer. Thoroughly rinse rods with tepid water and towel blot. Remove rods and rinse hair again. Apply related products to maintain curl.
