At just 18 years old, Sarita Pittman tapped into what she now calls her “Unicorn Horn”—a God-given gift for transforming lives through connection, creativity, and service. What began as a spark in the beauty industry has evolved into an international coaching empire, equipping leaders across five continents with strategies rooted in authenticity, faith, and impact. For Sarita, success isn’t about the hype—it’s about alignment with God, unwavering integrity, and the joy of watching others step fully into their genius.
As Sarita continues to expand her legacy through Atiras International Coaching Academy, faith-based initiatives like Beyond the Pew, and her growing list of academic achievements, one truth remains constant: her deepest mission is to empower others while nurturing her own family with the same excellence she pours into the world. A woman of faith, vision, and resilience, Sarita Pittman is living proof that when you honor God, honor yourself, and honor your calling, you don’t just build a business—you build a legacy that transforms generations.
SHEEN: You discovered your entrepreneurial genius at just 18 years old. Looking back, what was the defining moment when you realized you had tapped into what you now call your “Unicorn Horn,” and how has that gift evolved throughout your career?
Sarita: Wow, what a question! My defining moment came when I realized how much I loved connecting with clients. At 18, in the beauty industry, I found pure joy in not just providing a service, but truly serving people. That love never left me. Today, I channel that same energy into creating curriculums, sales scripts, repeatable systems, and products that bring real results. The thrill I felt at 18 is still the thrill I feel now—because creating, selling, coaching, and consulting are my superpowers. That’s my unicorn horn: making my clients better, stronger, and more successful.
SHEEN: You often emphasize that your success is rooted in faith and authenticity. How do you balance being a God-centered leader while navigating the high-stakes worlds of business, health, and beauty where compromise is often the norm?
Sarita: I made a vow early on: I would never compromise to rise. And I would never forget the prayers I prayed when I had nothing, I have now. I remember taping a list to my car’s sun visor—a list of things I didn’t have but thanked God for every single day as if they were already mine. Today, I’ve been blessed with everything on that list and more. That’s why I stay anchored. I don’t chase the hype, I chase God. My daily faith-building keeps me grounded, focused, and immune to anything that contradicts my core values. Faith isn’t just part of my business—it is the foundation of my business.
SHEEN: As the founder of Atiras International Coaching Academy, you’ve trained thought leaders across five continents. What do you believe sets your “no fluff” coaching strategy apart from traditional models, and how has it transformed your clients’ lives?
Sarita: My coaching is different because it’s no fluff, no cookie-cutter. I don’t just teach—I build alongside my clients. Their goals are at the center of everything we do. That clarity sparks creativity, builds momentum, and keeps them agile. Once we lock into alignment, we become unstoppable. My approach is holistic and tailored—I don’t try to fit clients into a model. I highlight their genius, their vision, their brilliance. And the transformation? Clients don’t just hit goals—they exceed them. They walk away empowered, confident, and ready to create impact on their own terms.
SHEEN: Your program “Beyond the Pew” is designed specifically for God-following women. What inspired you to launch this initiative, and what breakthrough moments have you witnessed in women who embrace their divine purpose through your coaching?
Sarita: Beyond the Pew was created for both men and women, and especially for churches and faith-based institutions. It’s about developing the whole person. Spiritual growth is essential, but so is natural growth. What’s our work ethic like? Do we even have a strategy? How effective is our communication? How consistent are we in showing up? Those are the real questions. Beyond the Pew equips leaders and institutions with practical tools to grow communities inside and outside the church walls. I also customize trainings for their unique needs and train their leaders so they can multiply impact long after I’m gone.
SHEEN: With degrees, certifications, and soon a PhD under your belt, plus an international coaching empire, what do you want your legacy to reflect most—your academic achievements, your faith-driven impact, or your role as a champion for visionaries breaking glass ceilings?
Sarita: My legacy? I want it to be overflowing with success stories. I want the people closest to me to always get the very best of me. Yes, I’ve built an international coaching empire and earned degrees, certifications, and soon a PhD. But honestly? That all ranks second to a thriving family. Because what good is it if I help everyone else reach their goals and neglect myself, my husband, or my children? My true legacy will be the perfect blend of both—transforming lives globally while nurturing my own home. That’s the balance I’m most proud of.
