On Sunday, July 27th, 2025, magic happened in Greenville, SC when three amazing ladies hosted a Tea Party Brunch for girls ages 4-18. These three visionaries: Tee Williams, Jasmine McCarroll, and Michelle McCarroll-Bond made it their mission to impact the mothers and daughters in The Upstate by spreading Truth, Empowerment and Awareness one sip at a time.
Bloom and Brunch:
Creating this event only took three months, which for some is hard to believe, but with both preparation and motivation, it was simply ordained to be. Tee Williams, Founder of Bloom and Brunch hosted an event this past March where ladies came to fellowship, eat brunch, and network with other like-minded women whose mission is to bloom to be the best version of themselves. While networking, she met Michelle McCarroll-Bond and her daughter, Jasmine McCarroll, the founder of local non-profit Change Empowerment Group Incorporated. After numerous phone calls, texts, and group me conversations, they finally came up with an idea that could make an impact in their community. They created the Tea Party Brunch- Youth Segment designed for young ladies to get inspired, motivated and empowered as they head back to school.

Change in Communities:
Michelle McCarroll-Bond, Founder of Change Empowerment Group Incorporated connected with other organizations and vendors to make this event a successful one. Since the mission of the organization is to create positive lasting changes in individuals and communities by educating, advocating, and empowering one another, Mrs. Bond reached out to organizations like NAMI, National Alliance of Mental Health, local small businesses such as: Lamekia Abercrombie Meka’s Heavenly Scents, Lipz by Eriyonna and Arôme Délicieux.
Jasmine. McCarroll, Co-Founder of Change Empowerment Group Inc. made sure to spill the tea every Wednesday of what guest should expect from the Tea Party. She shared on her social media a glimpse of them stuffing swag bags for the event, preparing for the set up for the event, and parking details. Her mission was to make sure this event ran smoothly as possible not only for the host, guest speakers and Mc, but for the attendees who came to witness this empowerment brunch.

Impact and Inspiration:
This event involved a lot of people who sparked an impact, especially the decorator Katrina Childs (It’s The Events 4 Me), who inspired the room with pastel soft colors. The MC Mz.Jazzy, who sparked up the event with her high energy and the amazing guest speakers: Ty Turner, Adrienne Carci, & Amiya’s Journey. During the event, guest were asked to play icebreaker games, hug their neighbor, and do a “Mirror, Mirror Me” activity where they wrote affirmations on a mirror and read them out loud. The impact that these ladies brought to the Upstate area was unforgettable, and with their desire to impact and inspire the youth, they will have multiple events to come.
