Coach Gessie shares her remarkable story of overcoming a place of darkness as she had her own personal fight for her own health battling fibroids, infertility and chronic health issues. Her struggles sent her launching to her million dollar baby journey. She was determined to empower women in their wellness journeys by creating products that create better health for better living.
What is one piece of advice you would give someone at home?
AY: Don’t neglect your body. We must make space where our health is a top priority.
CG: Don’t ignore the warning signs, heavy cycles are an indicator you have hormone imbalances. We have the power to control our life by the choices we make through empowered information. Prevention is key.
