R&B Veteran Jon B makes a stop in the Bronx at Salsa Con Fuego at an All White Party. A sea of R&B fans dressed to impress in head-to-toe white came out to see the singer perform and were happy to see his return to the music scene with his new album release, “Waiting on You,” released in March.

In April 2025, Jon B headed out on the road for his new Pick Me Up Tour, which is going all over the U.S., meeting loyal fans and celebrating his new music with the new opening act, Nigerian-British Artist Shea Universe, IG@shaeuniverse.

This past June, Jon. B released a documentary on his YouTube channel about the story behind his new album and life on the road. His new album has guest features from Rapper Rick Ross, R&B singers Tank, Donell Jones, and Alex Isley.

At 10:30 PM, Jon B came to Salsa Con Fuego, where he was stormed by fans while entering through the back door of the club. He stopped to sign copies of his 1997 Cool Relax CD, which has his highest-charting song and iconic hit “They Don’t Know,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 1998. In 2013, R&B singer Chris Brown sampled Jon B’s song for his song “Don’t Think They Know,” featuring a sample of late R&B singer Aaliyah. “I was excited that he sampled, and it was dope!” said Jon. B “It is just a way to remember in the R&B, and I am part of the culture,” he said. “ I like the way he did it, and it’s an honor.”

Jon. B went straight to the stage to perform. This was his second performance of the night. He performed a free Peace New York concert in Wingate Park in Brooklyn for Rise Up New York earlier the same day. The concert included a set with Hot 97’s DJ Funkmaster Flex, Rapper Fabulous, Rapper Honey BxBay, and R&B artist Lloyd. Jon B. received the Key to the City of New York on stage at the event.

Once he reached the stage, thousands of fans gathered on the stage and cheered wildly as he performed “They Don’t Know” twice for the crowd. The crowd cheered as the host praised “Jon. B is back and celebrating 30 years in the game!”

Once off the stage, he exited through the back door as fans waited for him to sign more autographs and get photos with the R&B singer. He was happy to meet fans and took photos and selfies with them, and thanked each one for coming out to the show. Fans were delighted to speak with the R&B singer and get a photo with him. “I can’t believe it’s him! He is so nice!” said one fan who shook Jon. B’s hand. He quickly left for his Uber and left for the night.

Jon. B is back on the road at the next stop on his tour. On July 25th, he will be at the House of Blues in Cincinnati, he will be at The House of Blues in Chicago on July 26th.On August 17th, he will be headlining his One Night Only show in Las Vegas at Drai’s Las Vegas. On August 28th, he will be back in New York at Sony Hall with opening act Shae Universe. On November 1st, he will be at the Bethesda Theater in Maryland, where he will perform his classic hits and new tracks off his new album. There will be more dates for upcoming shows announced on his Instagram.

“ I love singing for the people, and it’s truly a blessing,” he said during an interview on the entertainment social media talk show Shirley’s Temple Show when discussing being 30 years in the game. ”It shows how much the fans have done by showing up to the shows and how much the music means to them. It’s not just me as an artist. Many artists are much more famous and have many more hits. The connection I have with my audience is one where they don’t let go of me and I don’t let go of them.”
