Red Room Bistro, the highly anticipated luxury lounge concept by Reality Star, Karlie Redd, and her business partner, “Ace,” is set to open its doors for its official grand opening on Sunday, September 28, 2025 in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, located at 255 Trinity Ave, Atlanta, GA 30303 with red carpet access from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM ET, followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony from 2:00 to 3:00 PM ET. Inspired by Karlie Redd’s father and late stepmother, who owned a successful restaurant for decades and ignited her lifelong passion for hospitality, Red Room Bistro is designed to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience, pairing elevated cuisine with exceptional customer service that sets it apart from Atlanta’s current dining scene.

Red Room Bistro is set to become one of Atlanta’s premier new lounge destinations, offering an elevated, immersive experience that blends elevated cuisine with unforgettable hospitality. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 PM to 2 AM, and Sundays from 5 PM to 12 AM ET, the bistro features a luxury lounge aesthetic curated by Restaurateur and Designer Ty Young. The space embodies an upscale ambiance embodying Karlie Redd’s bold persona, with a beautiful, sultry red color palette, stylish décor, and an atmosphere perfect for a girls’ night out, a romantic date, or a lively evening as a place where friends and family can gather.

Specializing in fine dining with a twist, Red Room Bistro will introduce signature experiences like its “Bunnies and Bubbles Brunch” on Sundays from 12 PM to 4 PM ET. Guests will enjoy premier service and indulgent dishes, including one of the menu’s standouts: Thick, delectable slices of buttery French toast topped with sweet, macerated strawberries, finished with a crunchy, cinnamon crumble, drizzled with a touch of vanilla syrup; dusted with powdered sugar for the ultimate indulgence. The full menu will feature an eclectic mix of tapas-style offerings, from American-style wings and burgers to Caribbean-inspired dishes, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression of flavor, style, and sophistication.

For both Karlie and Ace, Red Room Bistro is more than just a business – it’s an ode to family and legacy. The two Trinidadian-raised entrepreneurs’ connection as a force in the dining industry is rooted in their love for food and creating memorable experiences. The two, who have had major success with their first dining establishment, Johnny’s Chicken and Waffles, are excited to create a Bistro experience that merges their cultures’ love and admiration for food and fellowship with an upscale twist unlike anything Atlanta has experienced before.

As a self-taught restaurateur, Ace has become an emerging figure in the restaurant industry and dining world, gaining a reputation for creating and operating well over seven highly successful restaurant franchises, especially within the city of Atlanta, such as Crescent City Kitchen, Spice House, Johnny’s Chicken and Waffles, and many more. A venture that started in 2018 from a pivot to diversify his business portfolio outside of the real estate industry has led Ace to become one of Atlanta’s go-to entrepreneurs, developing and sustaining dining experiences within the city.
“I’m excited to join forces again with Karlie on this venture,” says Ace. “The restaurant industry can be both challenging and oversaturated, but our focus is clear–delivering great quality food and even greater customer service. Atlanta often carries a stigma of poor service, and we want to change that narrative by setting a new standard.”

Karlie Redd, a serial entrepreneur with a vast knowledge of restaurant experience brings her own expertise to the business, as a co-owner and operator of the Johnny’s Chicken and Waffles franchise based in College Park GA, where she has created a partnership that’s built on mutual respect, and a shared vision to provide quality customer service, which is a growing concern in Atlanta’s dining scene. Together, they promise to deliver an unforgettable American/Caribbean-infused experience that establishes an expectation that is as much about quality and customer experience as it is about great food.

“Food and quality service have been a passion of mine since childhood,” Karlie Redd says. “With Red Room Bistro, I wanted to create more than just a restaurant. I wanted to create an experience. This will be a vibe unlike anything else in Atlanta, where great food, atmosphere, and unforgettable moments all come together.”
The restaurant’s unique concept will be a perfect fit for Atlanta’s vibrant food scene, offering an upscale twist for a variety of audiences. Red Room Bistro’s Grand Opening Celebration is slated for Sunday, September 28, 2025, with red carpet access from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM ET, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 2:00 to 3:00 PM ET. The Bistro will diversify Atlanta’s dining scene with a new twist of assorted menu options and unique in-house experiences, ushering in a new era of fine dining and exceptional service that is ensured to leave guests impressed with memorable quality service.
