Last night, we celebrated the power of women in music!
The 2020 Billboard Women in Music Event took place virtually last night and many stars made an appearance including Beyoncé!
Queen Bey congratulated R&B duo, Chloe x Halle for receiving the Billboard’s Rising Star Award.
Miley Cyrus was presented the Hitmaker Award from country star, Dolly Parton while Maluma presented Jennifer Lopez with the Icon Award.
This year, Jessie Reyez was recognized as the American Express Impact Award recipient, he was given this honor from Lilly Singh.
Chloe x Halle hit the stae to perform their hit single, “Baby Girl” and this year’s Powerhouse Award recipient, Dua Lipa sang “Boys Will Be Boys.”
Billboard’s Woman of the Year Award was given to Cardi B. Cardi was presented this honor from Tamika Palmer – the mother of late Breonna Taylor.
The big night was hosted by Teyana Taylor and aired LIVE on YouTube and Billboard Women In Music’s official website.
