DJ Kevin Crown is consistently booked internationally with a loyal following from New York and every Caribbean island to Japan. Known for playing Soca and Reggae, his unique ability to read his audience means no matter the genre he will enthrall.

His name is synonymous with pure entertainment. He truly keeps the party going which explains why he is almost completely booked through 2023. Inspired early on by entertainers like Michael Jackson, Kevin developed his musical ear originally as a dancer. Therefore, he knows how to keep the essence of any party flowing, ensuring everyone always has the time of their lives.

Music was not always his first career choice. At 16, guided by his parents, Kevin studied to be an electrician. Eventually, he leaped into the entertainment world full-time. Despite having a family and a mortgage, he stepped out of his comfort zone to international time zones. A man who assisted with building Brooklyn-based Barclays Center is now creating magic on stage for the arena’s audience of thousands.

Kevin states, “I have always looked forward, never really dwelled on the past. I did not realize how far I had come until I left the stage of 20,000 screaming fans. I realized at that moment I had made it! It was emotional. I used to have to leave the corridors when I was working if someone like Jay-Z was coming in, and now I had walked down those same corridors with security to the main stage – a full circle moment.”

Other accolades from reputable politicians – proclamations from Senator Kevin Parker and former Brooklyn Borough President now NYC Mayor Eric Adams; certificates of recognition from Congressman Hakeem Jeffries and Congresswoman Yvette Clarke as well as earning the Culture Ambassador status of New York during the summer of 2018, just to name a few. He is also currently setting up a non-profit to give back to the community.
