The Hollywood Reporter has reported some exciting news for Malia Obama!

It was revealed that Obama has just joined the list of writers for a new series produced by Donald Glover.

The new series comes from Janine Nabers – who previously worked on HBO’s Watchmen.

This exciting new role of Malia’s marks her first big opportunity. Malia is set to graduate from Harvard University as part of the class of 2021.

She has interned with The Weinstein Company as well as HBO’s comedy, Girls. In addition, she worked as a production assistant on the CBS drama Extant.
