Television star, Draya Michelle has just joined forces with PacSun! Michelle’s brand, Mint Swear has teamed up with retailer, PacSun.
In a statement to Essence, Michelle said, “I never expected it to be what it was going to be today.”
She added, “In my mind I was just doing something that I loved and I was hopeful that it would make me some money, but I never really knew that it would be sustaining like it is.”
Mint Swim first launched back in 2011 when she say that the market did not cater to a Black woman’s body. With this brand, she has provided swimwear for women of all shapes and sizes.
PacSun will include Mint Swim in their group of Black-owned brands that will be featured throughout the season. The diverse range of pieces will all be affordable and offer an inclusive selection.
Prices from Mint Swim at PacSun retail from $46 to $88.
