They say, “You can’t judge a book by it’s cover,” and the same is true for entrepreneur and business mogul Teresa Caldwell, manager and mother to successful rap/movie entertainer Shad Moss, better known as Bow Wow.

This beautiful, well-put together woman has had her share of tears and mountains to climb. In fact, her new book; I Once Was Her,  is a raw look into her journey before the fame and fortune. Her story of rejection, abandonment, and physical abuse.

Be impacted by her testimony. Find hope through her journey and learn to walk into your true identity, like a BOSS!

Give 5 adjectives to describe you.

Honest, loyal, creative, loving, ambitious

What are some fashion trends we should be on the look out for the rest of 2020

Due to the pandemic: tomboy sexy.

Baggy Sweatpants, oversized t-shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, boyfriend jeans, boyfriend blazers, baseball caps, hats, mixed prints, and bold colors.

What can we expect from Taste Boutique for the rest of 2020?

You can expect Taste Buckhead opening in August. I’ll be launching my box service this year.

Tell our readers about your new book, I Once Was Her?

My new book is about my experiences (the good, bad and the ugly) I want my readers to realize that no matter how grim a situation seems; a way out exists, and a door will open if you allow yourself to consistently evolve past the pain and struggles.

Be impacted by my testimony. Find hope through my journey of emotional and physical abuse. Learn to walk into your true identity, like a BOSS!

What’s next for Teresa?

Book tour, new business adventures, taking my interior design company to the next level. I’ve done homes and now I have my eyes set on hotels.
