Carlos Battey popularly known as Jackie’s Boy recently collaborated with Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men to create magic. The two released a single titled, “Do It Again.”
In addition, Jackie’s Boy also recently released the cover of Marvin Gaye’s classic “What’s Going On” in support of the Black Lives Matter Movement. Jackie’s Boy stated, “I wanted to do something from the heart. Many use their platforms in different ways and I wanted to use mine through the power of song and art. My condolences to the many lives lost due to the tragic killings of unarmed black men and women. I would like to thank the talented @143priceless for the powerful visuals that gives the audience a look inside what it’s like to live in Black America.”
