Just recently, Lori Harvey took part in Vogue’s Beauty Secrets video series and while she showed us her step by step routine to getting ready, she revealed that she has a skincare line on the way! The model revealed she is in the process of finishing her own line of skincare products.
Harvey stated, “I tested all my products, of course, on myself, but I also tested them on my boyfriend.”
Adding, “He has become my live test model, so now he’s very into his skin-care routine as well. He tells me all the time that when he’s on set, the makeup artists compliment his skin.”
Throughout the video, Harvey added products from her own line, noting that her low-pH cleanser was inspired by her own personal skin. She also added a “perfect eye cream” which was created with her mom’s best advice in mind, “prevention is better than correction.”
Harvey also added that she is inspired by makeup artist, Pat McGrath saying, “There’s a lack of Black women in the beauty space, and in the skin-care space, so she definitely inspired me to create my own brand.”
At this time, there is no release date for Lori’s skincare collection, so we’re crossing our fingers it’ll come sooner than later.
