You read that right! The highly popular ’00s series, The Proud Family is getting a reboot.
Actress, Keke Palmer took it to social media to announce that she will be taking part in the reboot! The best part? Palmer introduced us to her character, Maya.
Palmer has previously voiced characters as she starred in Ice Age: Continental Drift and Ice Age: Collision Course.
Kyla Pratt confirmed earlier this year that the show would be returning.
In her announcement, Pratt revealed that the reboot will stream on Disney+. The rest of The Proud Family‘s original cast is expected to return and reprise their roles.
