Netflix is releasing the first authorized documentary on the personal life of Christopher Wallace. Biggie: I Got A Story to Tell will focus on the rap legends childhood, his upbringing as the son of a Jamaican immigrant, Voletta Wallace, and his relationships with those closest to him.
How will this one different from the other documentaries and movies covering Biggie’s life and death? It’s authorized. Mama Wallace and Diddy are serving as executive producers and the film will feature never-before-seen footage and untold stories from people he loved.
The film premieres on Netflix, March 1, just days before the 24th anniversary of his untimely passing.
