The chef who went from nothing and made something is using his restaurant to show others you can do anything and be anyone you want! Chef Damian Brown is the owner and leader of two locations of Uncaged Chefs. He found his way out of the streets to culinary school and now is living a life he never thought was possible. He knew early on he wanted to be a unique chef that stood out amongst others. Brown uses the same culinary technique he learned in culinary school with his own added twists.
