East Orange community members and the FBI Continue the search for JaShyah Moore. The 14-year-old girl vanished after a trip to an East Orange deli on Thursday, Oct. 14.

Moore was last seen at Poppie’s Deli on Central Avenue in East Orange. She had earlier stopped at the U.S. Food Market on the same avenue to buy juice and paper towels for her mother.

A press conference was held last week where Jamie Moore, the teen’s mom tears broke the hearts of millions of viewers including myself. “She’s such a smart girl, she would not stay out overnight,” Jamie Moore stated.

According to East Orange City Hall The FBI and the New Jersey State Police are working in collaboration to help find JaShyah and bring her safely home..

The Federal insolvent of the case came in 3 weeks after Moore’s disappearance. The have been multiple alleged sitings of the teen girl. Jamie Moore insist that her daughter was taken and can potentially be in danger. “ She’s depending on me to finder her “ Jamie said. Outraged members of the community are now taking matters into their own hands and holding community organized search parties. “Thousands of black girls go missing every day and we don’t get to see them plastered”, An outraged woman told the News.
