FEELING LIKE THE BEST,” was written by Michael Taylor aka Compton Menace, Ryan Frazee, Kyle K. Caines aka Southside Diddy and Breon Frazier aka B.R.E. and produced by Shawn Michael Lewis and Ryan Frazee. “This song was inspired by feeling emotional vibes while celebrating life and all the beauty that it brings; friends, new beginnings and everything that we have been through,” mentions Compton. “The moment I heard this beat, I immediately could not stop thinking of DJ Khaled’s “We The best”, so feeling like we the best is the vibes that I want to always have,” he adds.

ABOUT COMPTON MENACE:
Just when you thought Southern Music would reign supreme at the top of the charts, West Coast Rap emerged back on the scene with a new generation of talent. Today, the low rider, G-Funk and Gangsta Rap era that everyone used to love is back hitting mainstream airplay, and rapper, Compton Menace, is part of the reason why. With an ability to make aggressive yet vulnerable tunes, Menace’s knack for street storytelling is setting him up to become the next rising artist from the West.

Compton Menace, born Michael Joseph Taylor in Compton, California, is an American hip-hop recording artist. Following the release of his first studio album in 2012 titled Menace II Society, he gained recognition and credibility in the streets of Los Angeles with his authentic flow. He continued to clock long hours in the studio, thus resulting in a sophomore project labeled Menace II Society Vol. 1, followed by Menace II Society Vol. 2 and Living Reckless. His first single It “Ain’t My Fault” features Birdman, co-founder and Music Executive of Cash. Money Records gained radio play in markets across the United States.

2015 was a big year for the East Compton rapper as he released his single Put On, with R&B singer and songwriter, Chris Brown. With the success of his single, Compton Menace became a featured artist on Chris Brown’s One Hell of a Nite Tour, visiting 25 cities in the summer of 2015. In addition to the One Hell of a Nite Tour, this Gangsta Rapper has participated in four domestic tours, as well as two international tours spanning Europe, Africa, and Japan, creating a fan base far beyond the California state line. He has collaborated with a number of notable artists including Lil Wayne, Birdman, Mario, ZRO, Trae Tha Truth, and Wiz Khalifa.

Menace made his acting debut in the Image Award-winning and Oscar-nominated N.W.A. Biopic, Straight Outta Compton, in which he played OG2 Tone, a Crenshaw Mafia Blood Member. His minor role made a huge impact on the film depicting the true essence of authenticity leaving many in their seats just as shaken as the characters in the film. In 2016, Menace released his project, The Way It Is, featuring Kevin Gates, Chris Brown, Rich Homie Quan, and many more. The Money Hoggs (MHG) record label was founded by both Menace and Chilly Dubb. In May 2016, it was announced by Birdman that Compton Menace signed a label deal with Cash Money Records. As 2023, kicks into full-gear, Compton just released his new single, “Feeling Like The Best,” featuring Southside Diddy and B.R.E. The new single is released on Menace’s label imprint, Bossplayer LLC via the Music Matters Entertainment/Sparta label distribution.

Born to hustle, the height of Compton Menace’s success is beyond the sky’s limits. A descendant of the streets, the rapper, label owner and now the actor has all of the tools to triumph. Connecting with people while moving a crowd; a fearless Menace is destined to shine brighter than the Sunshine State.
