A new era of beauty has reached Kohl’s, allowing more than 125 brands access to an immersive beauty experience. The expansion is set to reach 850 stores by 2023, with the first 200 launching this fall.

The most exciting part of this news is Sephora acknowledging more black-owned brands while dedicating 15% of shelf space through the Fifteen Percent Pledge. More than 28 retailers have taken the pledge, which will shift $10B of revenue to black-owned businesses. Sephora’s current black-owned brands include PATTERN by Tracee Ellis Ross, Briogeo, adwoa beauty, BREAD BEAUTY SUPPLY, Fenty Beauty, Forvr Mood, PAT McGRATH LABS, LYS Beauty, Danessa Myricks Beauty and Fashion Fair.

Sephora is also recruiting beauty advisors to accompany the in-store experience. Candidates can apply here.
